Bobby Keen is the Chief Executive Officer at Austin Cancer Center. Keen has over 35 years’ experience in Global Management Leadership in both the healthcare and business environment. He has a medical healthcare delivery background as a provider and business experience leading multiple health care businesses with Six Sigma Operational expertise.
Before Keen joined Austin Cancer Center and was promoted to CEO, he had prior years of management experience with various corporations. Keen has worked with Alliance Healthcare Services as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. At Johnson & Johnson he was the Vice President of Scientific & Industrial Business/Technical Service at Advanced Sterilization Products, Vice President of R&D and Vice President of the Business Excellence & Program Management Office – Electrophysiology Business. Keen also was at General Electric Healthcare and served as the General Manager of Software Development and Growth, Marketing Director of MRI, and Program Director for Interventional MRI. Keen also became a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt instructor specializing in Marketing and Commercialization.
Keen received a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from The University of California, Los Angeles and California State University. Keen was the CT/MRI Technologist at UCLA. Post-graduation, Keen received a Clinical Certification and served as Director of Technical Research Education at The University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine in the Department of Radiological Sciences. Keen was also the Associate Professor for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance at California State University, Northridge.
