Nanda S. Vrindavanam, MD, is a board-certified cancer specialist who specializes in medical oncology. He is fluent in English, Hinid, Tamil and Malayalalm.
Dr. Nanda earned his medical degree from Madurai Medical College. He completed his internal medicine residency at Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Nanda performed a Medical Oncology Fellowship at University of Cincinnati Medical Center and practiced in the Cincinnati area for over 13 years before moving to Austin.
Awards & Research
Dr. Nanda is an experienced clinical researcher and is an APPI certified CPI. He has extensive experience working on stem cells as well as signal transduction, mechanisms which are being used in treatments now. Dr. Nanda has published in several peer reviewed journals on different subjects and has presented his work at many international meetings and conferences. He has also been part of several grants for research projects.
Dr. Nanda is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
