During breast cancer awareness month, most of the fundraising and awareness events focus on the women affected by the disease, but it’s important to remember that men can also be afflicted. According to the American Cancer Society, incidence of breast cancer in men is about 100x less common than among women, but the risk still exists. About 2,300 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014.
